Former Justice Moreno appointed to police reform committee

Kamila Knaudt reports in the Daily Journal that Carlos Moreno, who retired from the Supreme Court in 2011, is one of 16 appointees to the Los Angeles Police Commission’s Advisory Committee on Building Trust and Equity.  The article says the committee will “help the Police Commission conduct a comprehensive review of Los Angeles Police Department policies and procedures and provide recommendations for reforms.”
