The Supreme Court today announced that all justices and counsel will participate remotely in the oral arguments tomorrow on its six-case April calendar. The change is “due to technical issues in the court’s San Francisco courtroom arising out of a recent weather-related power outage.”
Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero was already likely to be a remote participant because she tested positive for COVID last week.
As usual, the arguments are being live streamed.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week and there will be a double conference next week.
