There will be no Wednesday conference (also here) this week. The court doesn’t conference during the weeks it hears oral argument. And, despite there being no oral arguments in July or August, the court doesn’t conference during the first week of those months, either. There will be a double conference next week.
Also, the court will be closed this Friday, a state and judicial holiday.
