On Friday, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in its five-case January calendar, the first with Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero at the helm. It’s also the first with new Justice Kelli Evans. (See here.)
As usual, the arguments will be live streamed.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week and there will be a double conference next week.
