On Wednesday and Thursday, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the seven cases on its March calendar. Four of the matters are re-arguments of death penalty appeals raising Racial Justice Act issues.
The arguments will be live streamed. Briefs for the cases are here. Opinions in the cases should file by June 1.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week and there will be a double conference next week.
