On Wednesday, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the five cases on its February calendar.
The arguments will be live streamed. Briefs for the cases are here. Opinions in the cases should file by May 4.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week and there will be a double conference next week.
