Finishing a 21-argument, 27-day stretch, the court will hear the six cases on its June calendar this coming Tuesday and Wednesday. (See also the nine-case early-May calendar and the six-case late-May calendar.)
The arguments will be live streamed. Briefs for the cases are here. Opinions in the cases should file by August 31.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week and there will be a double conference next week.
