The Supreme Court returns to the courtroom on Monday after its summer oral argument hiatus to hear the two cases on its September calendar.
The arguments will be live streamed. Opinions in the cases should file by December 4.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing (also here) next week and there will be a double conference the following week.
