On Tuesday and Wednesday, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in San Francisco in the eight cases on its early-May calendar.
The arguments will be live streamed. Opinions in the cases should file by August 4.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing (also here) this week and there will be a double conference next week.
