Emily Cuatto joins Horvitz & Levy

Horvitz & Levy is pleased to announce that Emily Cuatto has joined the firm as an associate. Ms. Cuatto joins us from the Santa Monica office of Bingham McCutchen LLP, where she worked as appellate and trial counsel in matters involving insurance coverage, contracts, employment and business torts. She previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Milan D. Smith, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Cuatto earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law (2008) and her B.A. from Stanford University (2003).
