Arguments Wednesday; no conference this week

This Wednesday, the Supreme Court will be hearing the four oral arguments on its November calendar.

The arguments will be live streamed, and opinions in the cases should file by February 5, 2024.

Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week and there will be a double conference next week.
