The Supreme Court and all state courts will be closed on Monday, Labor Day. It’s a state and judicial holiday.
On Wednesday, the court will hear the four oral arguments on its September calendar.
As usual during weeks when there are oral arguments, the court will not conference this week. There will be a double conference next week.
