The Supreme Court will find itself in the middle of a three-calendar, 22-argument, 27-day stretch when it hears the six cases on its late-May calendar this Wednesday. (See also the nine-case early-May calendar and the seven-case June calendar.)
The arguments will be live streamed. Briefs for the cases are here. Opinions in the cases should file by August 17.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week and there will be a double conference next week.
