On Monday, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in the three cases on its April calendar.
The arguments will be live streamed. Briefs for the cases are here. Opinions in the cases should file by July 2.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing next week and there will be a double conference the following week.
