On Tuesday, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in the three cases on the November calendar. The arguments will be preceded by a memorial for former Justice Joseph Grodin, who died in April.
These will be the first hearings since Justice Martin Jenkins retired on Friday.
The arguments will be live streamed. Opinions in the cases should file by February 2.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week and there will be a double conference next week.
