Next Wednesday, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in the four cases on its October calendar. The court will be sitting in a special session in Monterey.
The arguments will be live streamed. Opinions in the cases should file by January 5.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing (also here) next week and there will be a double conference the following week.
