Horvitz & Levy proudly welcomes new associate attorney Gaspard Rappoport.
Gaspard has over a decade of experience in complex business litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He has handled commercial disputes and class action lawsuits for companies in various industries, including financial services, consumer products, transportation, and telecommunications. Before joining Horvitz & Levy, Gaspard worked for two global law firms in Los Angeles and New York. Prior to that, he clerked for the Honorable Brenda K. Sannes of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and for Judge Paul G. Feinman of the New York Court of Appeals. Gaspard earned his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, where he served as Articles Editor on the Boston University Law Review.
