This year Christmas Day falls on a Wednesday, the usual day for Supreme Court conferences. But, instead of holding the conference on a Tuesday, the court is taking the week off, at least conference-wise.
There will be a double conference next week. That one will be on Tuesday because Wednesday is New Year’s Day.
