On Wednesday, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in the four cases on its December calendar. The court is back in Los Angeles for this one-day session.
The arguments will be live streamed. Opinions in the cases should file by March 3.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing (also here) this week and there will be a double conference next week.
