The Supreme Court will file on Monday morning its opinion in the high-profile matter concerning Stephen Glass’s application for bar admission. In re Glass on Admission was argued in November and presents the issue, “Considering the applicant’s extensive misconduct, is there sufficient evidence of rehabilitation to support the State Bar Court recommendation that he be admitted to the practice of law?” [Disclosure: Jon Eisenberg, of counsel to Horvitz & Levy, argued the matter on behalf of Stephen Glass.]
