Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear the five oral arguments on its December calendar.
The arguments will be live streamed, and opinions in the cases should file by March 4, 2024. It will be the first argument session to use a new video conferencing service for any remote appearances.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing (also here) this week and there will be a double conference next week.
