On Wednesday, the justices and at least some attorneys will be physically present in the courtroom for the first time in quite a while, for the four-argument November calendar.
As usual, the arguments are being live streamed.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week and there will be a double conference next week.
