The Supreme Court will file two opinions tomorrow morning. That’s normally not news, except it’s been over nine weeks since the last opinion filing. We haven’t checked to see if that’s a record drought, but we wouldn’t be surprised to find that it is. As we explained, the gap is attributable to the push to file opinions before Justice Carlos Moreno’s retirement at the end of February.
