“What to expect from the Brown Court”

December 21, 2018

The California Constitution Center will present a program with this agenda: “Experts and court watchers will analyze the California Supreme Court’s recent track record, examining the six veteran justices’ three-year opinion and vote records. We will discuss what is known about the newest justice and attempt to predict how a seventh member will integrate with the court.” (Link added.)

The panelists will be appellate lawyer Benjamin G. Shatz of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, former Court of Appeal Justice Daniel Kolkey of Gibson Dunn, and David A. Carrillo, the Center’s executive director. San Mateo Superior Court Judge Danny Y. Chou will be the moderator.

The Bar Association of San Francisco will host the February 22 event at its conference center.
