The California Supreme Court Historical Society will present two programs next month.
First up is “The First Jury Trial in California,” featuring Judge Barry Goode (also the current Society President) and Court of Appeal Presiding Justice Teri Jackson. The webinar will be next Wednesday, May 6, from noon to 1:00 p.m.

Next up is “Deportations of Illegals or Illegal Deportations: The Forgotten History of Anti-Immigrant Policies During the Great Depression.” This May 20, noon, webinar will be presented by John S. Caragozian and Richard H. Rahm, with an introduction by former Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye.
