The Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments today in the four cases on its February calendar. It’s the second argument session with Patricia Guerrero as the chief justice and with Associate Justice Kelli Evans on the bench, but this is the first one with the seven members of the court physically present in the courtroom together.
In January, three justices — including Chief Justice Guerrero — participated remotely in the arguments. (See here and here.)
