Supreme Court swipes left on Tinder petition for review

At its Wednesday conference, the Supreme Court today denied Tinder’s petition for review in Candelore v. Tinder.  The Second District, Division Three, Court of Appeal — in a published opinion — had allowed an action to proceed challenging as civil rights and unfair competition violations a premium service that costs more for customers older than 30 than those under 30.
