The Supreme Court and all other state courts will be closed for Juneteenth on Wednesday. It has been a state and judicial holiday since last year, after the passage of 2022’s Assembly Bill 1655.
Because Juneteenth falls on a Wednesday this year, the court’s conference will be a day early this week.
