The Supreme Court — and all California state courts — will be closed on Monday, which is a state and judicial holiday, “Lincoln Day.”
Because Mondays and Thursdays are the normal filing days for Supreme Court opinions, there shouldn’t be any new opinions for at least six days.
There are still three undecided cases that were argued on the December calendar. Opinions in those cases should be filed by March 6, the last of five remaining normal filing days within the 90-day period.
