Horvitz & Levy LLP attorneys Mitch Tilner and Steven Fleischman will be speakers at the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel’s 54th Annual Seminar on March 5 at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City. Mr. Tilner will be speaking on a panel regarding premises liability caused by third-party criminal acts. Joining Mr. Tilner on the panel will be attorneys Barry Bradley, Mark Israel and David Lira and the panel will be moderated by Chris Faenza.
