Steve Fleischman Elected to ASCDC Board

At its annual conference, Horvitz & Levy partner Steven (Steve) Fleischman was elected to the board of directors of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC), the region’s foremost association for defense counsel founded in 1960. Steve has served as the chair of the ASCDC’s Amicus Committee for nine years. The committee has had a strong impact on the interests of defense practitioners, submitting multiple amicus curiae briefs and letters regarding pending cases in state and federal courts.
