The administrative staff plays an important support role at Horvitz & Levy LLP. Secretaries must understand and be able to assist attorneys in all clerical aspects of appellate procedure. Excellent grammar, computer, and organizational skills are necessary job criteria. Two to three years of litigation experience is required.

The firm offers a supportive atmosphere with a team approach. Secretaries generally work with two or three attorneys. Secretaries also must assist and train other secretaries, and may undertake various administrative projects consistent with the firm's needs and the secretary's interests and skills.
