The Supreme Court has announced the Court of Appeal justices who will sit on the four December calendar cases, temporarily filling the vacancy created by Justice Ming Chin’s retirement. Pro tems are still needed because, although Martin Jenkins’s appointment to take Justice Chin’s place has already been confirmed, Jenkins will not be sworn in until after next month’s arguments.
The December pro tems — assigned on a mostly alphabetical basis — are:
Donohue v. AMN Services, LLC — Second District, Division Two, Justice Brian Hoffstadt.
O.G. v. Superior Court — First District, Division Two, Presiding Justice J. Anthony Kline.
People v. Wilson — Third District Justice Peter Krause.
People v. Chhoun — Second District, Division Five, Justice Dorothy Kim.
