Horvitz & Levy partner Steve Fleischman and other experts will discuss the use of the “Reverse Reptile” trial strategy at a Hot Topic seminar hosted by the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel on October 11. The panel will recommend a multi-pronged approach to defending a case against a plaintiff attorney’s Reptile strategy, including the use of witness training for defense witnesses, “Reverse Reptiling” adverse witnesses, and the filing of solid appeals.
