The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on its November calendar today. There are pro tem justices sitting on the five cases because of the vacancy created by Justice Ming Chin’s retirement. However, this should be the last month when pro tems will be needed on each case because Martin Jenkins’s appointment to the court is expected to be confirmed in one week.
As usual, the arguments are being live streamed.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week.
