The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on its October calendar today. There are pro tem justices sitting on the four cases because of the vacancy created by Justice Ming Chin’s retirement. However, this could be the last month of pro tems if Martin Jenkins’s appointment to the court is confirmed before the next arguments during the first week of November.
As usual, the arguments are being live streamed.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week.
