The Supreme Court late yesterday announced it will hear its three-case October calendar remotely instead of in person as originally planned. The afternoon arguments will still be live streamed.
Merrill Balassone’s news release for the court explains the change is because of “events in San Francisco’s Civic Center honoring the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein.”
At least counsel will not need to navigate a detour caused by elevator repairs.
