Horvitz & Levy LLP, the country’s largest boutique law firm dedicated to civil appeals and civil trial consulting, welcomes partner Karen Bray to the management committee effective August 24, 2018.
Ms. Bray has been with the firm since 2000 and represents clients embroiled in complex cases involving a wide variety of torts, breach of contract, insurance coverage, attorney fees, discovery sanctions, premises liability, and the evolving law governing limitations on recovery of both compensatory and punitive damages. Ms. Bray also guides much of the firm’s strategic consulting in trial court proceedings.
Ms. Bray joins partners Jason R. Litt and Robert H. Wright on the committee, all serving three year terms which alternate through annual elections.
