Justices Chin and Groban will be participating remotely during next week’s arguments

April 3, 2020

For the Supreme Court’s April calendar next Tuesday and Wednesday, attorneys and two justices will be participating remotely.  (See here and here.)  We now know that the two justices who will not be in the courtroom are Justices Ming Chin and Joshua Groban.

As in the past, the arguments will be live streamed.

For a general idea of what next week’s hearings might look like, here (starting around 3:20) is a video of a three-judge Ninth Circuit remote argument session today.
