Justice Carlos Moreno (Ret.) will be moderating a lunchtime panel discussion concerning the Court’s most important decisions of 2011 and 2012. The panelists will include appellate advocates Rex Heinke of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, Lisa Jaskol of Public Counsel, and Horvitz & Levy partner Jeremy Rosen.
The event will occur on Tuesday, June 12, at noon and will take place at 2029 Century Park East, Concourse Level, Conference Room A, in Century City (Los Angeles). It will be hosted by the Los Angeles Lawyers Chapter of The Federalist Society and co-sponsored by the Libertarian Law Council. The cost of the event is $15.
