Justice Kruger reportedly has declined Solicitor General job

Supreme Court Justice Leondra Kruger has been often mentioned as a leading candidate to be the U.S. Solicitor General in the Biden administration.  (See, just an hour ago, here.)  However, Marcia Coyle and C. Ryan Barber are now reporting on Law.com that Justice Kruger “has twice declined the job.”
