Horvitz & Levy is pleased to announce the addition of Stanley H. Chen to the firm. Stanley joins the firm after practicing at a downtown litigation boutique in the areas of employment, anti-SLAPP, patent, and insurance. Prior to that, he clerked for the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Stanley received his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Chicago, and his doctorate in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. He earned his juris doctorate from Harvard Law School, cum laude, where he was Submissions Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology.
