Horvitz & Levy LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Shane H. McKenzie to the firm. Ms. McKenzie brings to the firm experience in complex business matters in diverse practice areas, including securities, bankruptcy, insurance, health care regulation, immigration, intellectual property and contractual disputes. Before joining the firm, Ms. McKenzie practiced as a litigation associate at Quinn Emanuel LLP.
Ms. McKenzie graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar from Columbia Law School, where she received a public service fellowship for civil rights work and was a member of the regional champion Jessup International Moot Court team. She also graduated first in her class from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Master of Science degree in Comparative Politics. She obtained her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Southern California, where she competed with the Trojan Debate Squad.
