Lisa Perrochet: Three Decades of Appellate Excellence

The Daily Journal reports that with more than 35 years at Horvitz & Levy, Lisa Perrochet has become a commanding presence in civil defense appellate law. She has argued cases before the California Supreme Court and intermediate appellate courts statewide, securing landmark victories in lemon law and insurance coverage cases that have fundamentally shaped California jurisprudence.

Shane McKenzie: Leading Authority in Consumer Protection Law

The Daily Journal recognizes that Shane McKenzie brings 22 years of legal experience to her specialized appellate practice, having successfully transitioned from trial work to find her true calling in appellate advocacy. She has established herself as a premier authority on California consumer protection law, with particular expertise in the Song-Beverly Act.

McKenzie's advocacy before the California Supreme Court in Rodriguez v. FCA US, LLC resulted in a unanimous ruling that resolved critical questions affecting hundreds of cases across the state.
