The Supreme Court has posted videos of four of the eight oral arguments that were heard on the court’s early-May calendar. The remainder of the videos should be available within a week or so.
Opinions in seven of the eight cases should file by August 4. The People v. Bankston death penalty appeal might be decided as much as three weeks later because submission of the case is being delayed to allow the filing of any answers to an April 28 amicus brief. (See here.)
