Cheryl Miller reports in The Recorder that the Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation has given Patricia Guerrero its highest rating — exceptionally well qualified — in advance of a hearing next week by the Commission on Judicial Appointments on her appointment to the Supreme Court.
The JNE commission chair is quoted as calling Guerrero “phenomenal on multiple levels. She is held in the highest esteem by other judges, practitioners and court staff. She is an inspirational role model.”
