Eastman on Discipline is on the list, published this afternoon, of matters scheduled for consideration at the Supreme Court’s petition conference tomorrow. The petitions in the case seek review of the State Bar Court’s recommendation that John Eastman, President Trump’s former lawyer regarding the 2020 election, be disbarred in California. This is the second conference in a row at which the court said it would discuss the case. (See here.) There was no ruling after the first conference two weeks ago. (See here.)
