Yesterday, the Supreme Court posted videos of the oral arguments in three of the cases on its March calendar. (See here.) Today, videos of the remaining March hearings — the rare rearguments in four death penalty cases raising important issues under the Racial Justice Act (see here, here, here, and here) — are now online.
Opinions in all the cases should file by June 1.
