Horvitz & Levy LLP partner Curt Cutting will be a speaker at the American Conference Institute’s 6th National Forum on Chemical Products Liability and Environmental Litigation. The conference is taking place on April 21-23 at the Astor Crowne Plaza in New Orleans. Mr. Cutting will participate in a discussion of the latest case law on failure-to-warn issues, including cases addressing novel theories of liability and emerging affirmative defenses. Joining Mr. Cutting on the panel will be Michael Baker of Strong Pipkin Bissell & Ledyard LLP.
