Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye and others have organized a summit on increasing civic literacy in California. Retired United Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor will be the keynote speaker. Justice O’Connor’s iCivics program is a pioneer in the field. There’s certainly a need. The summit will be held on February 28 in Sacramento.
